About the Event
We're bringing our Family Yoga online !
You can either join us LIVE or follow the recording at a time to suit you.
Family Yoga is a lovely way to connect with each other. No previous experience is needed and there are no rules - other than to have fun. You'll come away feeling stretched, relaxed and connected.
Suitable for all ages. Little ones tend to join in from around 2 years old but this is just a guide. Younger siblings are always welcome too.
Quick boring bit - refunds can not be given less than 48 hours before the class - however you may send a friend in your place.
